Diversity Learning Circles are focused conversations to empower participants to utilize diversity, social inclusion, social equity and cultural sensitivity in the workplace and community.

Topics like anti-oppression and anti-racism; Canadian multiculturalism; the Canadian visible minority experience and Canadian identity are examined.  Through role plays and discussions participants explore concepts such as power; discrimination; prejudice; bias and privilege.

Organizations and institutions share common challenges and exchange best practices.  Through facilitated conversations, strategic goals and customized action plans improve any organization's ability to meet the needs of a diverse and multicultural client base.
